Often people talk about the stressful and less than Happy experience they have building a home. That the level of professionalism, budgets and builders capabilities were not met. That by the end of the building process all parties concerned lost respect and enthusiasm for the project. Certainly that was not the case building our “house of houses” with you! From the first day we met, you presented a professional, knowledgeable, capable, hard working and thorough approach to the business of building a custom home.
Throughout the process we were continually pleased and amazed with the full service and the “above and beyond” approach that you and Jason Hurt presented us.
After living in 11 homes, all of which were either custom built or remodeled to our specifications, we were drawn to the Texas Hill Country and Cordillera Ranch for many reasons, but at the top of our list was the privacy of the area, the spectacular golf course, club amenities, the lovely people and close proximity to family. Now the decision was which lot to purchase and which builder would we entrust with our vision and dream. We entered the search for a builder with a long list of requirements and expectations. You understood and appreciated our vision and we appreciated your enthusiasm and your complete transparency proceeding us all the information we needed without obligation and/or pressure.
From the beginning you always made us feel as if we were your only client listening to our questions, desires and our “over the top” details. Professionally presented were the building options, the cost factors and the arena for doing decisions to “tweak” existing plans as needed during the building process. Most importantly you listened – completely – always with the approach that this was our house and you wanted it to be perfect as we did.
The building process was a complete turnkey as you have accumulated for the benefit of your clients a long term association of trades people/companies. Each and every trades person/company you introduced us to was professional, prompt and took great pride in their work. It was obvious to us that they, you and Jason have a mutual respect and share the attitude of completion of the job to be to the best of their abilities and in the time frame and monetary allotment.
A letter of thanks could not be written without sharing our feelings for Jason Hurt your incredible, astute, capable and forward thinking superintendent. A successful business is only as good as its people and in Jason you have the consummate professional relationship. He approaches the job with such competence, he continually goes the extra mile and he has a great mind and eye to find a solution before an issue ever arises. He has the respect of all the subcontractors and he successfully keeps an impressive handle on all the details. He takes care of the client and you as if the business was his own. A true genuine and considerate gentlemen!
We were and continue to be impressed with every step — from the raw land and sharing possible visions to the concierge style of building and through to the move in stage (and after). Throughout the process you were “on top of it” and continually went over and above in execution.
At our first meeting we shared the expectations that we felt that both you as the builder and we as the client needed to exceed our expectations, create our “house of houses”, have fun during the process and upon delivery of the home that we would all stand there proud and ever so happy.
Not only did we accomplish that goal we found much more than a home building experience. We have found a wonderful place to live in Cordillera Ranch but we also found a spectacular builder, neighbor and friend.
Thank you for being the person and builder you are!
Respectfully,
Art & Carey Yeager
